Über Arian Consulting
Arian International Consulting is a service company in the areas of management consulting, human resources consulting, recruiting and coaching and has existed since 2010. The Arian interpreting and translation agency was founded in 2019 as a result of the extensive experience of the founder, Afshin Salehi, as a freelance and sworn interpreter and translator. Our services are:
- Personnel consulting and coaching for specialists and managers from third countries (focus on Iranians). One of our core competencies is coaching and recruiting specialists and managers
- Start-up advice for investors, managers and startups from third countries (especially Iran)
- Translation and interpreting (as a sworn interpreter and translator for the Persian language)
- Management consulting (business development, management, export-import consulting sales partnership for German and Iranian companies): Since the economic, legal and political situation in the Middle East is constantly changing, (especially small and medium-sized) companies need a constant supply of current and practical information. With our diverse contacts with numerous successful entrepreneurs, we provide advice to German companies in their business relationships with the Middle East and also to companies in the Middle East with Germany and support them in their success.

It is important to note that the above services in all of the areas mentioned are built, among other things, through collaboration with a network of cooperation partners and employees in Germany and Iran. A selection of these partners and employees are: Lawyer Mr. Sasan Hechmat from Mainz and trusted lawyer at the German Embassy in Tehran, Mr. Enrico Gieselberg, management consultant in Leipzig, the human resources and organizational consultant, Ms. Judith Harder from the Palatinate, the Iranian lawyer and branch manager of the office in Tehran, Ms. Somayeh Cheraghi in Iran. The previous successful projects in the area of personnel consulting, start-up advice for foreign companies (especially Iranian ones) in Germany, as well as translation and interpreting at numerous negotiations and meetings can be seen as the basis for our success and the expansion of our company.

Our candidates are intensively coached and prepared by our experts for the German job market and specifically for the respective industry. Most of our candidates either have a university degree with professional experience or vocational training with professional experience. This means that integration already takes place in the applicant’s home country. After starting work or training in your company, the candidates are supported in the onboarding process.
